General Shipping

Processing Time: We typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please note that we may take longer to process orders during holidays or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We calculate shipping charges at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited services. We provide estimated delivery times at checkout, but please remember that these are just estimates and not a guarantee.

Order Tracking: Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

Shipping Address: Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that get lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

We take great care when we package our products, but if your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately at support@neekteaco.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
